Hi, I’m Stephanie, Founder and CEO of KirbyLink and I’m so glad you’re here.

Over 15 years ago, I stumbled into the world of staffing and recruiting to realize how much I enjoyed helping people find work they truly love. From those early agency days to partnering with Fortune 500 organizations, my path has been anything but conventional , but it’s always been rooted in service, relationships, and results.

The Leap into Entrepreneurship

In 2013, I took a leap of faith into entrepreneurship, becoming a co-owner of a staffing firm. That experience ignited a deeper passion for helping companies and professionals connect in meaningful ways and it eventually inspired me to launch KirbyLink.

KirbyLink was built on the belief that recruiting should be personal, strategic, and impactful. We believe every hire matters, not just to the company, but to the person stepping into that opportunity.
